Says it all, really.
No Riff Raff. Now’t wrong with being good old fashioned working class, Joby is very proud to be so. But riff raff? No thank you. There’s a fine line somewhere and this sits right on it. Maybe a touch snobbish, but you all know the sentiment.
It’s a phrase that clearly strikes a chord too, there’s a print version of this that’s proven surprisingly popular, especially with pub landlords.
This version is painted on aluminium that has been finished with hand applied coach paint, giving it that proper, traditional feel. The main lettering is in signwriters enamel paint French Blue, with “NO” having a Dodgem Blue stepped away block, while the rest of the wording is anchored with Bright Red block for contrast and punch. Finished off with a mix of highlight colours and decorative touches that keep it lively without losing its edge.
It’s bold, it’s characterful, and it’s definitely making a statement, whether thats on a wall indoors or holding court outside.
