Prat – Original Painted Sign
Cheeky, simple and straight to the point.
Painted on a salvaged off cut from the vintage fair days, one of those pieces that’s had a past life and still has more to give. Set on a solid Truck Yellow background (a firm favourite for a reason), it’s built to carry the word without distraction.
PRAT sits front and centre in French Blue and Dodgem Pink, finished with a mix of playful highlight colours that give it a bit of bounce and movement.
Joby admits…. there’s a bit of potty mouth creeping in here, but is it really a swear word, or just a perfectly good description? Feels fairly harmless and very satisfying to paint.
A good, honest four letter work. Does the job nicely.
