We primarily sell online. Our workshop shop at Unit 18 Rockhaven Business Centre, Gravenchon Way, Street, Somerset BA16 0HW is open to visitors on our Open Days and to students attending Joby’s courses.

We do not offer this service via our online store. You can request a signature from Joby if you purchase a product when you attend a course or an event with Joby, subject to his availability.

No, limited edition prints are only available online while stock lasts.

We send the majority of our items via Royal Mail tracked 48 as this gives the best protection to you and us.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a revised delivery date or a refund.

Unfortunately once you have placed your order online we are unable to amend or cancel it.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed within two working days and will then be delivered to you within 5 working days.

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Under exceptional circumstances we can accept requests to amend your booking for a course, but this is subject to availability and may incur an admin fee or may mean that you only recieve a partial refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions then contact us to discuss this futher.

Joby’s courses are a great way to see if you have the necesssary skills to become a signwriter – check out our courses page to find out more.

Spaces occasionally become available on courses but they can often be quite last minute so if you are going to join the list please bear this in mind.

If a course is sold out, simply click the ‘Join the Waitlist’ button on the course page and enter your email address. We’ll then let you know if a place becomes available.

There is limited parking at the workshop, and we prioritise disabled parking. Please get in touch if this is you.

Please be aware that all neighbouring units are occupied businesses, so do not park in their allocated spaces. Parking is available in the surrounding area, but we kindly ask that you park considerately and avoid blocking entrances, access or other businesses.

‘Letterheads’ are a group of signwriters of all abilities and experience who meet up to share knowledge and inspiration.

Events take place around the UK and the world.

We don’t offer finance directly. However, a range of payment options may be available at checkout, depending on your location.

Yes! We have had a number of left handed students in the past.

While some aspects are not as easy as being right handed, it’s definitely possible and Joby has experience teaching left handed people so you are in safe hands.

Joby is not currently taking on any new commissions and is fully booked. The only opportunity to have a bespoke sign painted by Joby is at one of his Open Days or Events.

Joby has worked with many high end clients including Jools Holland, the Brit Awards and English National Opera.

Potentially, it depends on the location, whether you are able to pay a fee/cover travel expenses and Joby’s diary availability.

In the past Joby has held talks at Birmingham University, Reading University, Amersham WI and others.
